Delete your account
Google Play and MK Class let you delete the account you created in the app. Deletion is processed on our servers, not only on your phone.
Delete from the MK Class app (recommended)
- Open the MK Class app and sign in with the account you want to remove.
- Go to Settings (profile / settings area).
- Open Privacy.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm. You will be signed out.
This calls our API (DELETE /api/account), revokes login tokens, deactivates the account, and removes or replaces personal identifiers such as your name, email, and phone.
Delete by email if you cannot use the app
Send a message from the same email address registered on the account to mkclass.online@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my MK Class account”. Include your registered phone number if you remember it. We will verify the request and delete the account. We aim to complete email requests within 7 days.
What is deleted
- Your ability to sign in
- Name, email, phone, and profile fields we hold for you
- Active sessions / app tokens
What may be retained
We may keep anonymised or legally required records of payments and exam attempts (for tax, accounting, chargebacks, or fraud prevention) without your name or contact details. Support tickets may be retained in redacted form if needed to handle a dispute.
Purchased digital access ends when the account is deleted. We cannot restore a deleted account.
Purchases and refunds
Deleting your account does not by itself create a refund. Refund rules are in the Terms of Service.
