Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of the MK Class Android app and https://mkclass.online. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

1. The service
MK Class provides practice tools for students preparing for government and competitive exams, including:
- Timed practice / mock tests, answers, scorecards, and optional PDF reports
- Bundles and individual tests (free or paid, as shown in the app)
- Video lessons, ebooks, courses, and current-affairs content
- Account, library (“my tests / my courses”), coupons, and purchase history
- In-app help (tickets, feedback, bugs)
Features available to you depend on what you unlock (free items vs paid items and their validity dates).
2. Not an official exam body
MK Class is an independent educational product. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or part of SSC, UPSC, IBPS, Railways, any State PSC, police, defence, teaching, banking, or other official recruiting or examining authority.
Practice questions, syllabi-style topics, and “exam” interfaces are for preparation only. They are not official papers, admit cards, results, or notifications. Always rely on the official website of the relevant authority for dates, eligibility, and authentic papers.
We do not guarantee selection, rank, cutoff, or any job or admission outcome.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must provide accurate name, email, and phone details
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential
- One paid licence is for personal use by one student. Sharing login details, reselling access, or running a coaching-centre “lab” on a single account is not allowed
- We may suspend or close accounts that cheat, scrape content, abuse payments, harass others, or break these terms
Complete your profile when the app asks — some purchases stay locked until required profile fields are filled. That is to reduce fraud and to match access to a real student.
4. Content and intellectual property
Questions, explanations, videos, ebooks, software, logos, and the MK Class name are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them inside the app for your own study during the access period you paid for (or for free items, while we continue to offer them).
You may not copy, publish, or commercially redistribute our question banks, videos, or ebooks.
5. Purchases, validity, and coupons
- Prices, taxes (including GST where shown), and validity (for example 12 months) are displayed before you pay
- Payment is processed by Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, and other methods Razorpay enables)
- Access starts when payment is confirmed. A purchase is tied to your MK Class account
- Coupons apply only if they are active, unused where “one-time” rules apply, and meet any exam/category conditions shown at checkout
6. Refunds
MK Class sells digital study access. Once your account has been granted access to a paid test, bundle, course, or similar item, that purchase is generally non-refundable.
Email mkclass.online@gmail.com if:
- You were charged twice for the same order
- Payment succeeded but the content did not unlock because of a fault on our side
- Razorpay shows success and our app still shows unpaid after you have waited and retried
Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable Indian consumer-protection law.
7. Acceptable use of tests
Do not attempt to capture, leak, or sell live question papers from our exam engine. Do not use bots or multiple accounts to harvest content. We may invalidate attempts or access if we detect abuse.
8. Availability
We aim for reliable uptime but do not warrant that the app, videos, or PDFs will be uninterrupted. Maintenance, internet issues, or third-party (for example YouTube or Razorpay) outages can affect access.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MK Class is not liable for lost marks, missed official exams, or career outcomes. Our total liability for a paid purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase in the previous 12 months.
10. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Account deletion is explained at Delete your account.
11. Changes and termination
We may update these terms or the service. If you do not agree, stop using MK Class and delete your account. We may stop offering particular tests or videos; paid validity still applies to content we continue to host.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory consumer forum rights you may have.
